Terms & condition, and rules & regulation:

• You are solely responsible for your personal action and choices (before or after joining academy).
• Yoga Junction will not be responsible for any kind of injury or loss.
• Yoga Junction will not be responsible for any injury cause during workout, session, fight, practice, sparring.
• Proper dress code should be follow as instructed.
• All equipment’s should be replaced at proper place after use.
• Any student/member found defacing, damaging academy or equipment is liable for disciplinary action and will be held for fine by management.
• Any abusive language or misbehavior will not be tolerated it may lead to terminated.
• Fees once paid will not be refundable, transferable or adjustable.
• Monthly fees should be paid in advance of month
• Fees should be clear before 7th of every month otherwise 100rs. Late fees charge will be issued by management.
• Members are requested to be on his/her on specific time which will be instructed.
• Parking at your own risk any loss, damage, theft the management will not be responsible.
• Member not complying with rules and regulation will be Terminated without intimation or refund
• Using Yoga Junction logo, name etc. Without permission of Yoga Junction management may lead to legal prosecution.
• Management decision regarding all matters inside Yoga Junction is final.
• Management has right of admission reserved.
• If any members are found guilty for misbehaving with staff, other members or with the management or denting the reputation of the Yoga Junction or defaming or false allegation for any respective reason on any platform (physical/social) would be permanently terminated and management has right to take legal action.
• Management has full right to update or change, rules & regulation or t&c without any prior notice.
• All are right reserved by management.

Declaration:-
i/we have read the rule & regulation and terms & condition of Yoga Junction and hereby agree.
If admitted as member/student I will abide by these rule & regulation as may be in force from time to time.

I/we also agree to pay fees which is nonrefundable, nontransferable and non - adjustable. Other charges may prescribe from time to time.
I agree to co-operate accordingly the above clause.
