Will I get the same result from an online class as in an in person class?
Yes. Our online sessions are live and interactive, guided just like in-person classes. With smaller group sizes, our teachers can offer personal attention, and many of our students have achieved excellent results through online practice.
Beginners receive full support and guidance throughout the session. You’ll be taught proper postures, suitable intensity levels, and when to rest. Our approach ensures you progress comfortably and gradually align with the class. You can also join a free trial session to experience this firsthand.
You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or PC with a stable internet connection and the Zoom app. For a better experience, you can also connect your device to a television.
We offer a variety of programs, including general fitness, weight management, detox, meditation, and holistic wellness sessions—all available online.

When you enroll, you select a preferred batch and timing. However, we also offer flexible plans at a slightly higher fee, allowing you to attend sessions at different time slots.

Not at all. Our classes are suitable for all levels—from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
